Wired night for tradies

February 16, 2018

Wired Entertainment’s ability to meet the needs of local tradies is growing and helped earn the Deniliquin store the title of Jaycar Stockist of the Year in 2017.

Products available to local businesses will be showcased at a Tradies’ Information Night at the store — at the corner of George and Hardinge Sts — from 6pm to 7.30pm on Monday night.

All tradies who attend will receive the Jaycar Product Guide, which offers more than 500 pages of products available in store or that can be ordered in. They’ll also hear from Jaycar Electronics area manager Chris Campbell.

Wired manager Matthew Purtill said it’s also a chance for local business owners to learn more about the special tradie prices and tradie accounts available through Wired.

‘‘We have a new point of sale system which allows us to apply tradie discounts, which are now also available through accounts,’’ Mr Purtill said.

‘‘The advantage for tradies at Wired is that we are open a little bit later and on weekends.

‘‘We’re open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and then from 11am to 6pm on a Sunday.

‘‘Those who come along to the Tradies’ Information Night will not only get the chance to speak with Chris about the products in the catalogue, but also to make suggestions to him on what else we should be stocking.

‘‘There’ll also be lucky door prizes and giveaways on the night.’’
