The Jerilderie stud has been dominant in the category, winning three of the last four years.
This year’s winning ewe caught the eye of judge Ken Noakes early, who said it was a "lovely shaped ewe".
"She has good length in her body, she's well rounded, has a good spring of rib and was conformationally very sound," Mr Noakes said.
"Great density wool and staple length, well crimped and showing very good colour."
The ewe's wool was 18.3 microns with a standard deviation of 2.7 and comfort factor of 99.8 per cent.
Heidy Heath of Willandra said the ewe, who had only just cut her teeth, was sired by Willandra 422, and the dam was a Desmond daughter.
The same ewe was named champion strong wool ewe and junior champion ewe at the Australian Sheep and Wool Show in Bendigo in July.
"She also won the March-shorn pair with another ram in Bendigo," she said.
"She was a 2018 drop so she only just cut her two teeth."
