The party will also raise money for Daffodil Day, so owner Jenna Kaine is encouraging everyone to wear a ‘splash of yellow’ and support the cause.
"It is very exciting; we have had a big three years with lots of renovations, new classes and staff expansions and we continue to grow every year," Mrs Kaine said.
"We decided to hold the Daffodil Day fundraiser again this year because it is very close to all of our hearts, as everyone is affected by cancer in some way.
"So, we thought the party would be the perfect opportunity to get everyone together and create a sense of community with all of the proceeds going to the Cancer Council."
The theme of Flashback Friday is all about '80s music, disco lights and, most of all, just having a lot of fun.
"Our members have been asking to do a bit of a fun Friday night disco class, so we thought combining it with our birthday and Daffodil Day would be a great start," Mrs Kaine said.
"On the night, we will start with warm up activities and games, and then move onto a fitness circuit before dancing to classics like the Nutbush.
"After that, attendees can treat themselves to our refreshments which will include grazing boxes from Graze By Jade and desserts from Wild Flour Cakes by Ranii.
"It is open to all of our members, friends, family and anyone who wants to come and check out our facilities, or anyone who wants to support the Daffodil Day cause."
Mrs Kaine said Evolve was established as a place for people to come where they felt comfortable and supported on their fitness journey.
"We would like to thank our Evolve team for their continued support and our wonderful members for supporting us over the last three years and into the future."
Daffodils, Daffodil Day pins, raffle tickets and Evolve merchandise will be available to purchase on the night.
The Flashback party will be held at Evolve, at 32 Hardinge St, Deniliquin, from 6pm to 7.30pm tonight.
