The Roos looked primed for a grand final appearance heading into the clash, defeating a previously undefeated Berrigan in their qualifying final two weeks prior.
However it wasn't to be with the Bombers putting on a masterclass to lead from start to finish in a stirring display.
The Rovers were best served by Jordan Treble, Jamie Thorpe, Boddie Arthur, Caleb Weir, Blake Marchant and James Star.
Final score, Waaia 11.7 (73) to Deni Rovers 2.1 (13).
Rovers playing-coach John Glowrey said his side was simply outplayed on Saturday.
"They were a fitter and cleaner side on the day," he said.
"Waaia moved the ball well and delivered the ball to Brayden Carey beautifully.
"There's nothing more our defenders could've done with that delivery which is why he ended up with five goals."
While a 60 point loss is a horrible way to finish a season, Glowrey was still proud of his charges.
"It's a disappointing end but the boys had a good year," he said.
"We went from struggling to fill a twos side some weeks to a preliminary final so you can't complain too much.
"It was also good to see some local kids come back to the club this year.
"We had Blake Marchant, Rhys Thommers and Jayden Caniglia all come back and play big roles for us, so hopefully they'll stick around."
