Famed music brothers Slava and Leonard Grigoryan will be in Deniliquin next month to make up for a performance they were forced to cancel earlier this year.
The Grigoryan Brothers (pictured) were meant to headline a concert for South West Music in Deniliquin on July 3 but had to cancel due to ‘‘family reasons’’.
The brothers — both guitar virtuosos — will make it up to their local fans by holding the concert on November 8.
South West Music projects and concerts coordinator Dana McNally said any tickets purchased for the cancelled July performance can be used for the November concert, and others are now on sale through the South West Music Conservatorium.
‘‘South West Music is thrilled to announce the return of the Grigoryan Brothers for their final Deniliquin show.
‘‘To celebrate, we are giving away two free tickets to this very special evening through our Facebook page.
‘‘Remember, your kids attend free if under the age of 18. So please take advantage of this opportunity to share with your children a truly world class classical guitar event.’’
The concert will be held at the Peppin Heritage Centre, in its art gallery, from 7.30pm on Thursday, November 8.
Seating is limited so get your tickets early at www.swmusic.org.au/live-music.
