Pledge for station, hospital

‘‘Moama Police Station building has been in state of disrepair for 30 years and was condemned as a dwelling 25 years ago. It has serious structural issues and is in desperate need of replacement.’’

Mr Weyrich said with Barham Hospital we ‘‘once again have a hospital that has been neglected for many years by Labor and the Coalition’’.

‘‘There has been a downgrading of essential services at Barham Hospital. The hospital building requires major upgrades, which are long overdue.

‘‘The community should be able to access basic services,’’ he said.
