Under 15s: The U15 girls had a good consistent game slowly increasing their lead every quarter.
All the girls worked hard playing some quality netball to come away with the win.

Under 17s: The girls knew they would face a tough Seymour team and would have to fight hard for the win.
It was a game of momentum with the lead continuously changing.
Our girls played some pressured netball but held their nerve and came away with a one goal win.
Best: Teal Hocking, Eliza Williams and Tazarni Clarke.
Scores: Roc 51 def. Seymour 50.
B reserve: The girls went in with the hope of a win, in cold and tough conditions they fought hard to the very end.
Everyone provided great pressure down the court with plenty of turnovers and intercepts.
Goalers Alannah Gilmore and Kristen Moroney shot and rebounded well in physical conditions.
Up the other end Grace Ingram and Zali Hocking had their work cut out fbut teamed up beautifully to create some great pick offs and rebounds.
The girls came out firing in the third quarter and clawed themselves back into the game with some help from Kristy Roulston with some great intercepts and help in directing play. Unfortunately it wasn’t enough as the girls just went down.

B Grade: Shannen Keath displayed her versatility intercepting many balls in defence switching into centre to drive down the court and feed her shooters.
Rosy Miechel and Sarah West played strong in defence and Tammy McIntosh displayed her shooting skills and rebounded strongly.
Young gun Tazarni Clarke got the call up again from the under 17’s and played in the WA position, her leads were well executed and she drove onto the ring superbly.
Unfortunately our girls went down by 10 goals in a feisty contest.

A grade: Abbey Dingwall and Maddy Holt worked tiredlessly in defence and Ellie Cuttriss and Ella Roulston drove well through the mid-court.
Sahra Brooks shot well with Morgan Dingwall but half-time saw a change in positions moving Morgan into centre where she didn’t look out of place making an instant impact.
It also saw Tammy McIntosh moving into goal shooter to match the height of Seymour’s goalkeeper.
In the end Seymour was too strong for our girls who never dropped their heads and never gave in and fought hard until the final siren.
