Police and emergency services were called to Numurkah on Wednesday following reports of a car accident on Walshs Bridge Rd.
It is believed a white holden ute left the main road and struck a tree on the Broken Creek embankment about 1.30pm.
The 26-year-old Waaia man, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, was uninjured from the impact.
Police will investigate the cause of the crash, anyone who witnessed the collision are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
