It was another fantastic day on the netball courts on Good Friday with Rams girls winning six out of seven matches against Finley.

It was a great atmosphere at the club with lots of spectators enjoying the games from the sidelines.
The highlight was a convincing win by Rams’ A grade with their impressive speed through the mid court and accuracy in front of goal.
Several positional changes demonstrated the depth to this year’s A grade side.
Amelia Seignior appeared to be back to true form with a best on court performance. Hayley Hall and Ella Harvey were again among the best with superb games in the mid court.
Final score, Deniliquin 71 to Finley 26.

The Rams B grade side is starting to take shape.
It was another good win with smoother passages of play, and the girls are becoming stronger as they start to build their bond.
Rachel Maher, Georgia Richards and Kate McCalman were noted for their composure and consistency.

C grade continued their solid form from last week with another fantastic performance.
The attackers moved the ball beautifully into the goalers and the defenders worked tirelessly. Despite some positional changes in the last quarter this did not affect their game.

The under 17s continue to explore different combinations down either end of the court.
They adapted well and played to their strengths.
Tessa Bulmer positioned well in the ring and created space for Makhaya Mitsch’s accurate feeding, while in the defensive end Felicity Jefferies read the play comfortably resulting in multiple turnovers for the home team.
Final score, Deniliquin 62 to Finley 15.

Under 15s had another great team game working hard for four quarters. Hannah Ford was instrumental in defence working hard to turn the ball over and rebound at every opportunity.
Dakota Mitsch had a fantastic game through the mid court working hard to shut down her opponent and attack the ball.
Ellie Park had another strong game in attack working well in different combinations and shooting with high accuracy.
Final score, Deniliquin 65 to Finley 7.

Under 13s came up against the early leader in the competition which was going to be tough for the girls only having seven regular players available on a very warm day.
Finley got the lead but strong shooting by Stella White and support from Emma and Mia Parks saw the Rams fight back.
They got back within two goals with only minutes to go, however were unable to maintain momentum.
Final score, Finley 37 to Deniliquin 32.

Rams Under 11s had another strong team effort.
Carla Crossley worked hard in defence creating many turnovers. She was well supported through the mid court by Abbey Doncon.
Molly Bradley was accurate in the goal circle.
