The Wanderers have been in outstanding form in the Griffith & District Football Association and sit second on the ladder with a 2-1 record.
Yoogali boast two wins, one draw and one loss this year, including a round two win over the Wanderers, where they defeated the Deni side 4-1.
Wanderers coach Josh Perizzolo said his side has vastly improved since that clash.
‘‘It was our first game of the season when we played them, so we were still working some things out,’’ he said.
‘‘We’re hoping for a bit of redemption this week and expect to field a much stronger side on our home field.
‘‘Last time we played them we had plenty of the play but didn’t make the most of our chances in front of goal.’’
A win will see the Wanderers claim top spot on the ladder.
Their chances of victory will be boosted with the key inclusion of midfielder Brad Scroop this week.
‘‘Brad’s been really solid in the midfield this year so he’ll be a big in for us,’’ Perizzolo said.
‘‘If we knock these guys over then we’ve beaten every team in the competition.
‘‘This will be a massive confidence boost for us if we can beat them, but we have to put forward our best performance.’’
The action at Rotary Park will kick-off at 3.30pm tomorrow.
