Mathoura district seniors attending the Friendship Group have a treat in store next week when they receive a visit from students of the Mathoura Public School.
The youngsters will take a stroll down to the centre where they get to know older members of the community and entertain them with their musical talents.
They also join the seniors for the odd game of bingo, and it’s difficult to determine exactly who has the most fun during the afternoon.
The event has been a regular event on the calendars of both groups for many years.
