You’d better watch out, you’d better not cry, Carols are coming to town!

By Vanessa Wiltshire

ONCE again, the Heathcote Lions Club will be conducting the Community Christmas Carols.

The festivities will commence at 7pm on Saturday, December 14 at Barrack Reserve.

The carols will feature an array of performers, including children from the local kindergarten, primary schools, youth and community groups.

As in the past, the Marist Brass band will provide back-up music. Also, Santa is expected to arrive around 8.30pm.

The lighting of the Christmas tree will take place at the end of the evening.

The Heathcote Lions Club invites members of the community to come along and enjoy the event.

Remember to bring chairs, a picnic tea and a rug in case the weather is cool.
