That's the message from Kyabram P-12 College chaplain Liz Spicer, who was proud to hand out some prizes to primary school students last week for their effort and imagination creating anti-bullying posters which will be displayed in the school's library.
Businesses from the local area donated some stellar prizes including bluetooth speakers, games, Lego, head phones, karaoke speakers and chocolate.
"I overheard a student saying they will definitely entering this competition next year," Ms Spicer said.
"It is all about keeping the anti-bullying message at the forefront to eradicate it or lessen the behaviours."
The school encourages students to tell someone if you or someone you know is being bullied, and stay positive and confident.
"As much as is possible, we also want students to try some things themselves to make yourself feel safe," she said.
"That can include telling the person 'I don't like that', resisting retaliation, being around people that help you feel good about yourself, or trying to ignore the person bullying you."
