Kindness message is spreading

ERAS received mental health support funding to run a number of workshops, and its president Pam Wettenhall said local youth are to be the next target.

“Kindness Rocks will be painted and then distributed along the Deniliquin river walk or given to people in need to uplift their day,” Mrs Wettenhall said.

“Lindy was the ideal candidate to host these workshops as she personally addresses adversity daily and shares her knowledge and experiences openly.

“Art is a sharing experience that assists those suffering from anxiety and shyness to manage daily responsibilities.

“ERAS is very grateful to receive this well deserving grant to help our community foster mental health resilience and recognition.

“The funds will be used for the necessary materials needed to host the workshop, advertising, hall hire and covering the cost of tuition and materials.”
