Fifteen local car enthusiasts piled into the eight cars, keen to make the trip to celebrate the Maryborough club's 30th anniversary.
Deniliquin District Veteran & Vintage Car Club's rally director Val Maher said it was a great social weekend. Held every two years, she siad all members look forward to the event.
“I think we were all looking forward to plenty of talking, eating and cars which us exactly what happened,” Mrs Maher said.
“We host our rally every second year so we can go to theirs and they can come to ours, which is something we always look forward to.
“The fellowship and friends you get over the years from doing these kinds of things is great.”
The Deniliquin group used the trip as an opportunity to do some sightseeing too.
“We visited an historical museum, an education museum and a communications museum which were fantastic,” Mrs Maher said.
“On the way we also stopped at Serpentine to see a vehicle restoration, other restored vehicles and a tractor collection which was fascinating.
“As usual, it was a great weekend and everyone enjoyed the trip."
