Police were unable to reveal all details regarding Wednesday’s operation before the Pastoral Times went to print on Thursday.
Senior Constable Peter Joice said he could only confirm the items seized from the property included a small cannabis plant, a firearm and ammunition, flick knives, a set of handcuffs, slingshots and dog shock collars.
The Pastoral Times believes police utilised its rescue and dog units and were joined by Murray River Council and RSPCA officers to conduct the operation.
It is understood a 52 year-old man is helping police with their inquiries.
Intimidation charge
A 32 year-old Deniliquin man has been charged with intimidation and issued with an AVO after allegedly threatening his ex-girlfriend.
The man is reported to have gone to her home on Sunday and refused to leave.
He was arrested on Wednesday, and is expected to appear in Deniliquin court next month.
Break-in caught on camera
Police say they have CCTV footage of a man breaking into a local service station on Monday, just before midnight.
Police said a male is seen kicking a glass door and then gaining access to the shop.
Staff discovered the damage the next morning.
Police inquiries are continuing.
Car damaged
Police are investigating the alleged malicious damage to a car parked in Butler St, Deniliquin on Wednesday.
The passenger side of the car was scratched with an unknown object between 8.45am and 3.10pm.

Grocery theft
Police are investigating an alleged theft from a local supermarket.
A man entered the supermarket about 11.20am Tuesday and was reportedly seen putting items in a reusable bag and leaving without paying.
When approached by staff, the man dumped the bag and left.
Found inside was bread, chips, cream, Vegemite, milk and spaghetti.
Tools taken
Assorted tools, drills, grinders, battery packs and chargers, vacuums, sockets and saws have been reported missing from a number of company utes parked in the south Deniliquin industrial estate.
Police said the items are believed to have been taken out of tool boxes in the ute trays between 9pm Monday and 6am Tuesday.
