New AGM date

The Deniliquin Ute Muster’s annual general meeting will be held on July 15, two months after it was originally scheduled.

General manager Vicky Lowry said the AGM will be held at the Deniliquin RSL Club, from 6.30pm.

Deni Play on the Plains Festival Ltd members attending will be required to follow social distancing regulations, and the club’s policy to sign in and out.

‘‘Presented at the meeting will be financial and auditor reports, the chairman’s report and my general manager’s report,’’ Mrs Lowry said.

‘‘We will then open the floor to general discussions.

‘‘The election of office bearers will be conducted at the first general meeting following the AGM, for which a date is yet to be set.’’

Anyone can apply to become a member of Deni Play on the Plains Festival Ltd, for a nominal annual fee. Forms are available from Muster HQ or by phoning 5881 3388.

Applications must be approved by the board.
