Ali Al Ramahi, 30, of Shepparton, pleaded guilty in Shepparton Magistrates’ Court to driving on a suspended licence.
Prosecutor Leading Senior Constable Deryn Boote told the court Al Ramahi was caught on CCTV driving his car at a Kialla carwash on September 21, 2019.
His licence was suspended at the time for a month due to speeding.
Al Ramahi’s solicitor Theo Magazis told the court the father of three had not been in trouble with the law since that time, more than two years ago.
Al Ramahi was fined $750 and no conviction was recorded.
