It was the Redeyes’ fourth win of the season, with the boilover seeing them sit 10th on the ladder.
Blighty started strongly and made the most of their defensive turnovers through hard drives and patience.
The Redeyes went into the second determined not to have a repeat of the previous week, where the margin blew out against Waaia.
Blighty played a full four quarters with Natalie Tremble and Alana Coates working well together down in defence. Lucy Simpson also had a solid day, moving the ball down the centre.

Blighty’s B grade cemented their spot in finals with a 19 goal win over the Blues.
Judy Plattfuss and Kristeen Culton were back together in the defensive end, getting plenty of turnovers and rebounds.
Corenne Cooper, Lauren Swadesir and Stephanie Barry, who were outstanding in the midcourt, were able to bring the ball to Alexandria Barry and Sophia Mitchell who were shooting and moving well in the goal circle.

Blighty’s C grade were unable to overcome Picola, suffering a disappointing 28 goal loss.
Blighty’s Rani Briggs had another amazing defensive effort, being one of few highlights of the game.

Blighty’s C reserve secured their spot in finals with a 27 goal victory.
Callie Learmonth was strong in shooter, assisted by Penny Gallpen who fed in well. Natalie Green defended beautifully, helping keep the opposition to just six goals.

Despite only six Under 17s players lining up due to injuries and the Deb Ball, the Redeyes scored an impressive 12 goal win.
With the Under 15s players helping out, Ebony Behsmann was fantastic in centre with the Redeyes defence getting plenty of turnovers.

The U15s Redeyes overcame a slow start to record a 29 goal win.
Blighty came out in the second half firing and in a solid team effort, everyone gave 100 per cent and had their moments of brilliance.

Blighty’s U13s put together a strong and skilful game of netball to record a 24 goal win.
Once again the Redeyes showcased their strong defence, precise ball movement and ability to win the ball.

Blighty’s U11s had a great game against Picola. The Redeyes played well together. The game had great flow and Blighty’s defensive play over the ball was outstanding.
