The Hoppers were down by three points at quarter time, but kicked 14 goals to five the rest of the way to run out 17.10 (122) to 7.5 (47) winners.
James Brain and Laine Fitzgerald both kicked five goals each, powering Colbo to their third win of the year.
Colbinnabin is among three unbeaten teams remaining in the HDFL this season, alongside Lockington Bamawm United and Mount Pleasant.
But Colbo’s unbeaten run looked like it might be under threat early, with White Hills kicking the game’s first two goals and leading after the first quarter.
However, the Hoppers kicked into gear after the break, dominating the centre clearances and hitting the scoreboard to hold a five-goal lead at the main break.
Colbo’s backline responded well to a half-time rev up, with some strong aerial work down back from Benjamin Barton, Thomas Hill and Matthew Riordan.
The Hoppers conceded just three goals in the second half, kicking away to run out 10-goal winners.
Brain and Fitzgerald were Colbo’s main contributors down front with five goals each, while Jed Brain and William Lowe each kicked two.
Fitzgerald, James Brain, Hadleigh Sirett, Jed Brain, William Lowe and Benjamin Barton were among the best for Colbinabbin.
For White Hills, Patrick Eefting was their leading goalscorer with two, with five other Demons chipping in with one goal each.
Across the league, LBU and Mount Pleasant also remained unbeaten with wins over Huntly and Leitchville Gunbower.
Elmore was out of action on last weekend, enjoying a week off with a bye.
The Bloods are still chasing their first win of the season and sit at the foot of the HDFL ladder after four rounds.
They will take on White Hills this weekend, while Colbinnabin will face off against Heathcote.
On the netball court, Colbinabbin could not overcome a red-hot White Hills, falling to the Demons by 21 goals.
White Hills is 4-0 this season and flexed its muscles against the Hoppers, capitalising on Colbo turnovers to hold a 19-goal lead at half-time.
Colbinabbin was able to stem the tide in the second half with Zara Myers providing some great defence, but White Hills was able to cruise to victory 51-30.
