Wins all round

Last Saturday proved to be a successful day all round for the Deniliquin Rams Football and Netball Club.

The Rams were thrilled to welcome over 240 sponsors to enjoy a day full of thrilling netball and football matches, with the seniors having a great win in front of a large crowd.

Delicious food was provided by Curlyz Cafe and Brian Crockart and post match entertainment was delivered by the talented Zech Walters.

The day also included the newly introduced Past Players Wellbeing raffle and auction.

“The contribution to our club made by our sponsors has enabled us to purchase electronic scoreboards for netball, re-surface our courts in the coming year, and purchase coaching boxes,” Deniliquin Rams club president Julia Druitt said.

“The Rams have also been able to introduce a new under-10s football team to the club.

“As a club, we are extremely proud to be part of a community with such generous businesses and will continue to make it our mission to encourage our members to support the businesses that support us.”

Emma Wettenhall, Lexi Butcher and Bella Muldoon worked as waitresses on the day.
