India are coming off a memorable win against Pakistan in front of a heaving MCG and are strongly tipped to win.
Rohit Sharma's men are $1.03 favourites with the bookmakers - the shortest price in any match at the tournament so far.
The only team competing in the Super 12 that is not a full member of the ICC, the Netherlands pushed Bangladesh in their first game but were left to rue two costly run-outs near the top of the order.
Sharma said the best was yet to come for India following their win over Pakistan.
"We said from the start of the tournament that we want to keep improving, no matter what the results are," he said.
"It always holds you in good stead when you're thinking like that."
Both sides named the same XI they fielded in their first match of the Super 12 Stage, with India reshuffling their batting order slightly towards the tail.
For the Netherlands, Colin Ackermann has been promoted in the order - fifth to fourth - in an otherwise unchanged side.
