Charged with Henry St assault

When the pedestrian responded, it is alleged the 32 year-old got off his bike and pushed it in to the other man. It left the man was lacerations to his leg.

The 32 year-old then allegedly grabbed the other man in a headlock and punched him a number of times before they both fell to the ground and continued to fight.

The 32 year-old was arrested two days later and charged with assault, pending a court appearance.
