Edward River Art Society, which partners with the Rotary Club of Deniliquin to host the annual exhibition and competition, will open its Riverbend Gallery in Hardinge St, Deniliquin for the session.
It will be held from 10.30am to noon, and you can learn more about the process and receive assistance on completing your entries.
ERAS president Louise Graham said some community members took advantage of the first session on Sunday.
She said entries are also starting to roll in from artists outside Deniliquin.
“The interest and calls are starting to pick up now, and we’ve started getting entries from near and far.
“On the success of last year, we’re hoping we can build on the youth art section in 2024.
“We also want to let artists know that they don’t have to have their artwork completed before they enter.
“You can enter now, and then keep working on your art until the delivery date.”
Entries must be lodged by March 1 to be included in the art show, with art to then be delivered by March 25 in time for judging on March 27.
