Championships kick off in Berrigan

This Sunday is the first round of the Men’s Golf Championships.

There are three rounds, and tee off is at 12.30pm.

All golf members are invited to participate in this year’s championship.

This Saturday, Berrigan Saints will take on Blighty at home.

The Netball and Football Club will be hosting a Ladies Day High Tea.

It is $20 per head, and nibbles will be provided.

The theme is pink, in support of Breast Cancer Network Australia.

This afternoon is always a fun afternoon.

All are welcome.

I hope your cabbages and broccoli look better than the ones at the community garden.

The aphids have beaten the members this season, who have tried many organic remedies without success.

If you have any ideas to help the group, pop along to the garden and let them know.

St Aidan’s Berrigan commences is Eucharist Service next Sunday, June 29 at 11am.

Archdeacon Wayne Sheehan from Deniliquin will be in attendance, and will also be returning for the July 10 service.

A light lunch will be enjoyed, and it will be lovely to get the congregation together again.

All are welcome.
