Year coordinator Jess Grocott delivered an emotional speech, reflecting on her time with the cohort since Year 7.
She affectionately referred to the students as “her cherubs,” drawing warm smiles from the crowd.
The Year 12 music students performed a combined rendition of their HSC pieces, showcasing their talent and teamwork one last time.
Andrew Croker, Ruby Murray and Rylan Wade took to the stage to share stories from their school years, both the highs and the lows, with plenty of inside jokes that had their classmates laughing along.
A video slideshow traced the students’ journey from kindergarten through to Year 12, highlighting just how much they’ve grown, with many chuckles and a few gasps.
The event concluded with the senior sign-out, as students exited the hall to applause and many teary eyes from staff, family, and friends.
It won’t be the last time the students exit that hall though, with HSC exams kicking off next term.
