Owner Angie Wren is preparing to host her third annual Daffodil Day fundraiser supporting Cancer Council Australia.
The event, part of the national Daffodil Day campaign, raises vital funds for cancer research and support programs - and brings the community together in a vibrant show of hope.
“We will have fresh daffodil flowers for sale, and we’ll also have cupcakes and a sausage sizzle happening out the front of the store,” Miss Wren said.
Locals can get involved by buying either a daffodil or sausage for $2, or cupcakes for $3.
Raffle tickets will also be available for $2 each, with the main prize being a gift hamper filled with donations from local businesses.
Tables and chairs will be set up outside the store, inviting visitors to stay, chat, and enjoy the delicious treats while supporting a meaningful cause.
Daffodil Day is a national initiative run by the Cancer Council, encouraging Australians to donate, wear a daffodil, or host fundraisers to help fund life-saving research and support services for those affected by cancer.
Whether you’re buying a flower, enjoying a cupcake, or simply stopping by to show support, every contribution helps make a difference.
