A 31 year-old Victorian man has lost his licence, pending a court appearance, for alleged drink driving.
The car he was driving was stopped about 12.50am Sunday for a random breath test in Cressy St, Deniliquin.
After allegedly returning a positive result, the driver was taken to Deniliquin Police Station where a breath analysis reading of 0.106 was recorded.
The driver was charged with mid-range prescribed content of alcohol, had his licence suspended on the spot and was issued with a court attendance notice.
He is expected to appear in Deniliquin Local Court on October 16.
