Deniliquin High School’s Year 12 students marked the end of their school journey with a heartfelt farewell ceremony last Thursday, and it was filled with emotion, laughter, and reflection.

Year coordinator Jess Grocott delivered a moving and emotional speech, recalling her time with the cohort since Year 7.
The Year 12 music students came together for a final performance, showcasing their HSC pieces in a combined rendition that highlighted their talent and teamwork.
Students Andrew Croker, Ruby Murray, and Rylan Wade shared stories from their school years, mixing heartfelt moments with inside jokes that had their classmates laughing along.
A video slideshow traced the students’ journey from Kindergarten to Year 12, sparking plenty of nostalgia.
The event wrapped up with the senior sign-out, as students exited the hall to applause and teary eyes from staff, family, and friends.
But the journey isn’t quite over yet, HSC exams begin Thursday, October 16, starting with all the English subjects, as students return to the hall one last time to take on their final challenge.
