It is being hosted at the Finley RSC and caters for families and children.
In keeping with the two previous events, attendees will have the opportunity to gaze and explore some great products from the stall holders.
These include beauty products, natural cleaning products, wellness coach, skin care, reiki, crystals, and fitness.
There will be children’s activities upstairs at the Finley RSC including movies and popcorn and kids yoga for different ages, and heaps more all for free. You can also drop mum and dad at the Parents Minding Centre in the auditorium downstairs.
Feel Good in Finley received a $10,000 grant from the Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network to help host the event.
Feel Good in Finley committee member Sue Hill said the funding will also be shared between the October Feel Good in Finley Expo, plus a Mad Science Food Program with Finley Public and St Joseph’s schools in August.
‘‘We’re going with a different theme for each Feel Good in Finley Expo,’’ Ms Hill said.
‘‘The October event will be targeted more around general health for all ages.
‘‘We felt because there are so many young families around the district it would be appropriate to have a more family themed event.
‘‘An example is a healthy cooking demonstration, which is about how you can save money and eat healthy on a budget.’’
The expo runs from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, June 23, at Finley RSC. Entry is $5.
