Their stall raised a whopping $1533.30 on the day, money which will be put to use providing outdoor play and learning equipment in the school’s Covered Outdoor Learning Area.
The school community is grateful to everyone who baked for their stall, and those who purchased items.
Their Easter raffles were also a big hit, with Kevin Carroll, Christina Celli, Jim and Sheridan and Scott Pell collecting large baskets jam-packed with Easter eggs and other goodies.

Don’t forget to keep Saturday, May 11 free as the Mathoura community will once again support one of its own.
An event at the Pastoral Hotel will aim to help Tony McCormick get back on his feet after his recent mishap.
Due to get underway at 5.30pm, it will include a barbecue and fairy floss for the kids, along with an auction and raffles throughout the evening.
There will be a DJ on hand to belt out some great music and drinks will be available at bar prices.
If you would like to donate or help in any way, just contact the guys at the pub.

It must have been the weekend for kids with several youngsters sharing the spoils attached to the annual Mathoura Easter Duck Race.
The $1400 in prizemoney — $700 first, $400 second, $200 third and $100 last — was shared by four children.
They included Harrison Battey (first), Craig Dovaston (third) and Peter Groaters (last). Unfortunately we couldn’t identify the second placegetter.
