The group had 51 shooters turn up on the day.
The weather couldn’t make up its mind.
It went from peaceful, to blowing a gale, to rain, to sunshine, which involved a lot of last-minute changes to accommodate the weather.
The group would like to thank everyone for their patience throughout the day.
Shout outs went to Ryan Wharton, Kelsey Robinson, Darcy Pogue for setting the course, Josh and Will Reid for filling all the traps, Zac Pearce for mowing the tracks for the course, the pack up crew and Chris Clarke for cooking on the day.
A special shout out went to Rod Bucholtz, who “made up a fancy new trap house”, with more to come.
The group is very appreciative and look forward to putting them to use.
The group had two brand new shooters, both new sub juniors, who both did an amazing job at hitting a few targets.
Two possibles were achieved by Ryan Wharton and Adam Shale.
Aidan Buggee went home with $94 after hitting the ‘flash for cash’ target.
Well done to everyone who came and gave it their all, and the group look forward to this month’s shoot.
