It will be held at Deniliquin Golf Club on Sunday, March 24 with proceeds going towards various school resources in the classroom, playground and programs.
Principal Bernadette Murphy said the P&F Committee was doing an amazing job organising the event, which both raises money and improves community relations.
‘‘The golf day will be lots of fun and it is a great way to play golf with your friends in a social environment,’’ she said.
‘‘These events build social capacity within the school and support community spirit.’’
A barbecue lunch is included in the $25 registration fee with drinks available for purchase on the course.
There will be 11.30am assembly with noon shotgun start, and an expected finish at 4.30pm to be followed by social drinks, raffle draw and trophy presentations. Raffle tickets are on sale between 11am and midday.
Local businesses are encouraged to donate raffle prizes and are asked to drop them in or call the school on 58811787 to organise pick-up.
‘‘I think it will be a fantastic day and any help is greatly appreciated,’’ Mrs Murphy said.
