Jackson has been taking the Australian country music industry by storm in recent years, having won the prestigious Toyota Star Maker award in 2022.
This year she had a double win - for Female Artist Of The Year and Single of the Year - and her performance at the Deni Ute Muster will be another big occasion on her journey.
Jackson grew up in Coonamble, NSW, before later moving to Newcastle.
She was enthralled with country music from a young age, playing her first gig at just 13.
“Country music is a way of life, I didn't even know there was any other music when I was younger,” she said.
Having attended the Ute Muster once before when she was younger, Jackson is keen to see how the festival has “grown and changed”.
“It’s iconically Australian; a very unique festival with big stages and big artists. A really fun festival.”
While she will be on stage, Jackson said she intends to be ‘one of the crowd’.
“I will absolutely be wearing a blue singlet,” she said.
Jackson is also excited to see the global success of country music reaching and spreading through Australia, thanks to help from some big international names.
For fans attending the Ute Muster, Jackson hopes to entertain the crowd and give everyone a good show.
“Country music is absolutely booming.
“International artists, like Luke Combs, are bringing new fans to country music.
“I want to make sure people have the most fun possible; get the crowd singing along.
“I just got back from Nashville and will be teasing some new music I wrote over there.”
Jackson was in Nashville for the Country Music Awards (CMA) Fest 2025, where she performed for crowds of American country music enthusiasts.
“I love the Nashville CMA fest.
“It was cool to fly the flag for Australia and play the Australian sound over there.”
