Applications for the 2022 Nutrien Ag Solutions Community Grants Program are now open, with grants of up to $5000 available for not-for-profit organisations in remote, rural and regional Australia.
The program, now in its second year, runs in partnership with the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR), and will see Nutrien Ag Solutions donate $250,000 annually to support community projects that can have a positive and potentially long-term effect on the wider community by:
● Meeting a need or realising an opportunity; and
● Contributing to the success, vibrancy, and wellbeing of the community.
The annual program funds projects that contribute to the success, resilience and well-being of the rural and regional communities in which Nutrien Ag Solutions operates.
The Nutrien Ag Solutions 2021 Grants Program has led to some fantastic projects and initiatives across many rural communities, including Deniliquin.
Last year the Deniliquin District Cricket Association received a $5000 grant to help cover the costs for a security fence around the playground situated near the cricket and netball clubrooms at Deniliquin’s Memorial Park, which made the playground a safer space for kids to play.
Applications are open until August 12, 2022 5pm AEST.
