Lauren started Holistic Vet Care two years ago.
It is a mobile veterinary service that provides house calls to optimise the health and wellbeing of your pet.
“Many pets are extremely anxious about vet visits – often the car ride is upsetting, then the hospital is full of strange smells, sounds and other anxious animals,” Lauren said.
“With house calls, many of these aspects are eliminated, making for a much calmer, happier experience.
“For many clients, it is also much more convenient to have the vet come to them.”
So, what services does Holistic Vet Care offer? Vaccinations (including litter checks and microchipping), health checks, medical consultations (including blood tests, skin conditions, ear infections, grass seed removals), euthanasia and behaviour consultations.
The main exclusions are emergency care, surgery and anything requiring hospitalisation.
