There was a little more fanfare on the sidelines of the Blighty Redeyes home game on Saturday.

As well as hosting their own supporters, fans of the Deniliquin Rovers also made tier way out to the recreation reserve to take in the games of football and netball.

Happily, the local derby coincided with the club’s Sponsors' and Life Members’ Day.

The drink were flowing, the food delicious and the chatter lively.

Celebrations continued into the evening, with live music from Limelight.
