Riveting book launch for first time author Steve Briggs

First time author Steve Briggs launched his book ‘Silent Nights’ to a group of history buffs and literary lovers alike Wednesday last week.The book provides a unique account of political mistakes during World War I and their consequences, from the perspective of the protagonist Jonathan Sindon, who started as a press secretary and finished on the front line.The launch was hosted at the Deniliquin Club.
