Strawberry Fields festival celebrated its 16th year on the weekend, with 15,000 people gathering along the Murray River.

The music festival ran from Thursday, November 20 to Sunday, November 23 in Tocumwal, NSW.
Bringing together over 150 local and international musicians and artists, the festival is about enjoying nature and celebrating creativity, wellness and community.
Festival-goers enjoyed a vibrant array of workshops, performance art and interactive installations, along with a stacked music program across multiple stages.

Attendees were also able to soak up the sun and swim in the Murray or take a dip in the Epsom salt baths in the bush spa.
Early access guests were welcomed with a powerful performance by Yorta Yorta artists DRMNGNOW and Bricky B, spotlighting leading First Nations talent.
Ahead of the gates opening, Berrigan Shire Mayor Julia Cornwell McKean and council chief executive Mark Dupe joined festival leadership on a walk-through of the site, including the viewing stages, creative spaces and the beautiful Murray riverside.
The Strawberry Fields festival has been voted among the ‘Top 10 Festivals in The World’ in the Resident Adviser from 2012 to 2024 (excluding 2020).

In 2024, the festival provided an economic boost of over $3.7 million in Berrigan Shire and an estimated $7.9 million in the Greater Border region.
Each year, a portion of ticket sales is set aside for the Strawberry Fields community grants fund, with up to $35,000 given annually to local community organisations in the form of micro-grants.
In continued community spirit, residents of Berrigan Shire are entitled to purchase festival tickets at half price.
A variety of art installations by both local and international artists were on display at the festival.

Strawberry Fields festival general manager Vicky Keeler said the love they received from the local community inspired the team to enhance and improve the event each year.
“We are incredibly proud to have received such overwhelming support from our community once again, including an early sell-out in July,” Ms Keeler said.
“Every year, our patrons, artists, providers and crew bring an energy that transforms this festival into something extraordinary, somewhere people can reconnect with themselves, each other and this beautiful land.”
