Geoff said services are tailored to the individual and their unique situation, and job seekers could expect to be highly engaged along their pathway to work.
“Your employment consultant will work with you to identify your strengths, build upon your soft skills, and connect you with relevant training or work experience opportunities.”
Geoff said that the service was also focused on long-term success for their job seekers.
“We can help you find the right job for you, and we’ll also support you to keep your job,” he said.
“This support can include additional training, clothing and equipment for work, on-the-job visits, or a regular check-in by phone.”
He said that having a plan to reach your employment goals is the key to success.

Geoff emphasized that the services are free for both job seekers and employers.
