The free event is open to all tradies and outdoor workers, and will be hosted at the Deniliquin Golf Club from 5.30pm on Thursday, February 22.
As well as being a great social networking and trades information night, there will also be a focus on health and wellbeing.
Chamber executive officer Kate Pitt said more than 110 people have already registered to attend, which points to a successful evening.
There’s room for more, but only the first 125 to register get their hands on a free giveaway bag valued at $75.
As an added incentive, anyone who comes along has a chance to go home with one of seven big lucky door prizes.
“The support from tradies for this event has just been wonderful,” Ms Pitt said.
“Chamber is looking forward to working closely with the people in this sector - one of the biggest in our area.
“The construction industry in particular is booming, and to see so many people employed in this sector tells us we have some quality businesses who are in demand locally.”
Those who attend Tradie Night will have access to chamber member business trade and information stands and will be treated to a burger and chips dinner.
Guest speakers will include Dr Ben James, who will speak on general health, skin health and vaccinations, and Darren Mitchell on the subject of mental health.
The seven lucky door prizes include a Kings Big Daddy deluxe swag donated by Deniliquin Mitre 10, a Fitzpatrick Frabrications custom fire pit designed by you, a Makita 100mm angle grinder from Agspares Deniliquin and, as two separate prizes, a vehicle service voucher and rotate/balance and wheel alignment voucher from Roundabout Tyres.
There are also two advertising packages available up for grabs - a $1400 Trusty Tradie package from EdgeFM & 2QN and a $1300 Find a Tradie package from the Deniliquin Pastoral Times.
This event is supported by firsthealth Limited and Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network Community Grants through the Australian Government’s PHN program.
