Training sessions were delayed after selection earlier this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
They returned on October 11 and will continue every second Sunday until November 29.
Their goal is to impress selectors for an invitation to the Netball Victoria Under 16 talent academy, with the trio to hit the court in Shepparton this weekend.
Wescott (Deni Rovers), was selected for the Bendigo Academy of Sport North Eastern (Shepparton) Region U15s.
She was identified while playing at the Netball Victoria North Eastern Association Championships playing for the Picola & District League.
She recently played in the shortened junior Picola & District Football Netball League season, helping her Rovers U15s to a premiership and winning the league’s Most Valuable Player award.
Jefferies and Harvey (Deni Rams) were selected for the Northern (Bendigo) Region U15s after representing the Deniliquin Netball Association at the association championships.
Due to border travel restrictions, Jefferies and Harvey were included in the Shepparton-based training squad.
As part of the program, players will undergo vigorous drills and fitness training and participate in Zoom seminars for nutrition, mental health and sport psychology.
Each player has been issued a strength and conditioning program to complete at home.
To keep their skills honed during the off-season, all three have participated in the Deniliquin indoor netball competition and are one round into the DNA spring competition.
