Presented in partnership by Edward River Council, Deniliquin Business Chamber and the team behind the iconic Deniliquin Ute Muster, it will be a vibrant celebration promising a fun-filled day of entertainment for locals and visitors alike.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 1 from 11am to 3pm in Cressy St, Deniliquin.
Attendees can look forward to seeing various utes and two Monster Trucks on display, plus live radio broadcasting by both END FM & Ace Radio, live music, stalls, giveaways and, of course, plenty of community spirit.
Winners of the Muster Spend & Win competition will be announced at 12.30pm.
Community members are encouraged to shop local in the lead up to support the campaign and win some fantastic prizes.
New additions to this year’s event include a display of an F Truck, an army truck and the awe-inspiring monster trucks that are sure to be a crowd favourite.
Cressy St will be closed to traffic to ensure a safe and family-friendly environment.
Now in its second year, the Spirit of the Muster builds on the success of the 2024 inaugural event and aims to be even bigger and better.
As a complementary event to the Deni Ute Muster - the region’s largest tourism-focused annual event - it offers a unique opportunity for the community and visitors to experience the excitement of the Muster in the heart of town, whether they are attending the big event or not.
Edward River Mayor Ashley Hall said the event is a fantastic way to showcase the town’s spirit and hospitality.
“We’re incredibly proud to bring the Spirit of the Muster back to the CBD,” he said.
“It’s a celebration of everything that makes Deniliquin special - our people, our energy and our connection to the iconic Ute Muster.
“This event not only supports our local businesses and community, but also gives visitors a real taste of what Deniliquin has to offer.
“We can’t wait to see the street buzzing with excitement.”
The Spirit of the Muster is proudly presented by Edward River Council, the Deniliquin Business Chamber and the Deniliquin Ute Muster.
