All wins for junior Roos

Thirds player Jordan Stafford offloads to teammate Brodie Elphick under some serious Swans pressure.

With finals in sight and Katunga being a bigger, older, strong team, the Rovers under-17s boys were told to play hard for the whole four quarters last Saturday.

We got off to a bit of a slow start, but leading by example captain Liam East lifted the team to where they needed to be.

With Connor Didcock, Cameron Wills, Tyson Willis and Jackson Muldoon-Leetham linking up through the middle of the ground, we were able to turn a two goal deficit at three quarter time into a solid win.
