It was perfect weather in the morning before the cold snap came across.
A-grade:
It was a case of right spot at the right time for George Marshall, who scored from a great cross to snatch a draw from the Mariners. Victory got away to a one-nil lead against the Mariners. Not to be outdone with an A-reserve team-up between Ollie Dellwo and Monique Crothers to level the game. Victory snatched the win though, finding the back of the net just before the final whistle. The Heart versus Victory match was quite close despite the score. Victory narrowly missed multiple shots.
