Jock Gordon in the under-8s, Viviene Thomson and Isobel Gordon in the under-10s and Tom Marshall, Sam Strong and Hunter Campbell in the under-12s were all rewarded for their efforts this season.
They joined players from across the Hay district at a family friendly celebration at Sandy Point Reserve.
“It is no mean feat for the group to get together, as the teams pull players from an area the five times the size of the ACT,” Snippers president Sarah Houston said.
“Our players come from Deni, Conargo, Darlington Point, Griffith, Hillston, Mossgiel, Barham and of course Hay.
“It is wonderful to see people who are passionate about rugby come together to give the opportunity for their children to develop the skills of the game.”
The Snippers have had a successful season with all teams making huge improvements, and of course making great new friends along the way.
“Thanks must go to our dedicated coaches who donate their time to develop the skills of the players, as well as the parents who drive so many kilometres for their kids to wear the yellow, red and blue,” Houston said.
