Deni rep players perform at Interleague

Jai Park was awarded a best on ground for the Murray League under-15s.

Some of Deniliquin’s best junior footballers represented the Murray League against Bendigo JFL and Goulburn Murray JFL in the recent Interleague Carnival.

Held at the Mercy Junortoun Sports Precinct, the under-13s, 14s, 15s and 16s from each league competed in a round robin format event to show off their skills.

Players determined as best on ground for each match received a La Trobe University Gift pack and a medal.

The Deni Rams players represented themselves well in interleague colours.

Among the best performers was thirds player Jai Park, who received best on ground honours against the Goulburn Murray JL team in the under-15s match.
