The event brought together club members, family, and supporters to recognise the achievements of the past year.
Throughout the season, the club had a large number of participants - from first timers to well-seasoned campaigners.
A number of club members also put their skills to the test, competing in Echuca and Albury as part of the Victorian Regional Series.
Locals also competed in the Melbourne-based 2XU Triathlon Series.
Junior members led the way with a number of podium finishes, showcasing their dedication and hard work in a range of challenging events.
Awards were presented in various categories, celebrating outstanding performances and dedication:
• Most Consistent Junior Boy – Jake Woolston.
• Junior Representative Award – Max Woolston and Elka Connelly.
• Best First Year Junior Male – Braxton Lilford.
• Best First Year Junior Female – Miley Lilford.
• Most Improved Junior Male – Huxley Lilford.
• Most Improved Junior Female – Eden Lilford.
• Most Improved Senior Male – Ron McKenzie.
• Most Improved Senior Female – Maggie Camilleri.
• Vince Duffy Perpetual Trophy – Bailey White.
• Most Consistent – Trevor Butcher.
• Volunteering Award – Jorja and Maddy Woolston.
Guests enjoyed a relaxed evening with food, including pizza and cake, while sharing stories and celebrating the season’s accomplishments.
The night provided a great opportunity for members to catch up and look back on another successful season.
The Deniliquin Triathlon Club is looking forward to another year of progress.
The 2025/26 season will start later this year in November.
