Braelie Wesierski (GA/GS/C/WA) - Brae is a player who is as cool as a cucumber and as consistent as they come. Her steadiness and calm demeanour has the ability to ground the entire team. Whether she’s shooting goals or running the midcourt, Brae adapts to any role with ease, guided by her wise netball brain. When the pressures on, you can always count on Brae to keep her head and lead the team with her positivity.
Lucy Herberte (WA) - A cherished first season player at Roverland, Luce has made her presence known on the court with her moves like Speedy Gonzales. Her lightening fast reaction times for centre passes, powerful drives to hit circle edge and strong feeds into the shooters highlight her rapid progress and growing dominance on the court. With a smile that lights up the room, Luce continually proves she’s a force to be reckoned with.
Chloe Macknight (WD/WA) - A joyous presence on the team, Chloe radiates positivity wherever she goes. Her quick hands are perfect for snatching deflections, and her ability to seamlessly switch from attack to defence makes her a tough opponent to face. Chlo’s knack for shutting down her rivals is matched by the infectious energy she brings to any game. Chloe is a girl you’d always want on your team, a motivational leader and the biggest cheerleader- she’s so upbeat even the scoreboard seems to cheer her on.
Aria Taylor (WD) - Aria is a powerhouse who brings some fire to the game. She’s known for her ability to shut down opponents with her relentlessness and perseverance and adapts into her roles beautifully. Over the season her skillset has flourished, making her an indispensable asset in defence. If she’s marking you, she’s like a shadow you just can’t shake. Aria is the ultimate team player, always ready to back up her team mates and do whatever it takes to support the team’s success.
Amy Holloway (GD/GK) - An under 15’s player who quickly cemented her role within our teams defence. A fearless risk taker and high flyer, Amy makes intercepts and rebounds look effortless as she soars through the air. Consistently showcasing her valuable defensive skills and netball smarts, we are very lucky to have Amy apart of our team this season. And if there were a highlight reel. Amy would be all over it.
Reagan Behsman (GK/GD) - Grounded and always reliable in defence, Reags uses her quick feet and knack for confusing opponents space to her advantage. With a formidable defensive mindset, she excels in rebounding and applying intense hands over ball pressure. Reagan’s ability to lead on the court is evident in her unwavering focus and the way she commands the defence with both confidence and poise. Reags is so adept at keeping attackers on their toes, it’s like she’s got a built in radar that makes sure they never get comfortable.
