They powered on, winning eight of the remaining nine ends while picking a further 16 shots to record an emphatic victory 28-10.
John Wilson (s), Ian Chessells, Jim Jennings and Ron Hulme were equally as impressive, holding a dominant lead of 18-4 after 13 ends.
They continued in consistent fashion to win convincingly 26-11.
